The Comet Lariat has two 1.25" long solid sterling pendants (5 mm in diameter) on each end of a 33" long sterling cable chain. It can be worn as a long necklace or doubled up as a choker - either tie the chain in knot or for the choker variation, fold the lariat in half and drop the two pendant ends through the looped end.
